When we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with delivery note and official invoice.
Product exchanges and credit note
All orders are non-refundable after they are shipped. However, should item(s) become damaged in transit, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com to arrange for a replacement. If we do not have stock to replace the item, we will issue a credit note for the product’s cost equivalent. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept product returns. Please discard any faulty product(s) at your own convenience.
