LOOPZ is a trading name of LOOPZ CONCEPTS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, China under company number 3037246.
Please read the T&C and check back often as we may make modifications from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Registration and account opening
You can browse the LOOPZ website without any registration. However, there are specific promotions and functions which are only available to registered members. Including:
- Collect LOOPZPoints
- Enjoy specific discounts and promotions
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Save your address and card details so you can auto-fill personal details when you purchase items from LOOPZ
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true and accurate. You must register with your own personal information – using others’ payment and personal information is not permitted unless you have written consent. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
To create an account, simply click on REGISTER to fill in your personal details. The account password you create should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify LOOPZ if you suspect your account security has been breached by emailing email@example.com.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we cannot send your password via email.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Orders are processed once payment is received. If you would like to cancel an order, the order must be cancelled before the order is shipped. Pre-orders are non-refundable.
LOOPZ will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right to not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C.
You will receive an order confirmation once payment and personal information are approved.
The order confirmation will contain:
- Order number
- Item(s) in order
- Date received
- Estimated delivery date
- Total price
- Shipping cost
When we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with delivery note and official invoice.
Product exchanges and credit note
All orders are non-refundable after they are shipped. However, should item(s) become damaged in transit, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a replacement. If we do not have stock to replace the item, we will issue a credit note for the product’s cost equivalent. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept product returns. Please discard any faulty product(s) at your own convenience.
LOOPZ process Visa, MasterCard and other major credit card payments through PayPal. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to LOOPZ.tv. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by LOOPZ. Payments for orders containing a pre-order item will be taken in and around 3 days after your order is placed. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to LOOPZ, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
